This gorgeous set of historic tiles from circa 1890 features 16 tiles in excellent condition for their age, with a floral and greenery design in a gorgeous blue. As you can see from the photo, these tiles have some variation in color, making them a dynamic set.

Each tile measures 6"x 6". As laid out, the entire set measures 36" wide by 36" tall. We do have more of these, so please reach out if your dimensions are larger.

Ready for install: fully cleaned and free of loose mortar, grout, and soot
Excellent condition
Because they are 130+ years old, there will be minor crazing, pits, and flea bites, but they are in excellent condition for their age.
All tiles are fully checked for cracks or chips, any tiles that do not meet our installation standards are not placed in inventory.

Celestin Joseph Helman was praised across Europe for innovative, handmade designs. This company supplied many tiles featured in Art Nouveau and Victorian tile patterns, many of which can still be seen in public spaces across Europe and the United States.
