Through our custom design services, we pull together combinations of colors, patterns, and glazes to help you create a layout that will be wholly unique to your space. We listen and work with you to identify and solve your square footage needs, and give you the info and install recommendations (ahem, grout lines!) to ensure a historical aesthetic is accurately achieved.

Accessing our entire inventory: more than what is online
The best thing about our design services is you have access to tiles not yet listed in our online inventory. We always have tiles waiting to be cleaned and photographed. When we start the design process with you, we can pull from these collections and if it’s a good fit, get them cleaned and fully incorporated into your layout.
Product holds
Once your design is final and approved, we are happy to hold the design and tiles for 7 days completely free of charge. After 7 days, you may continue to hold the tile in your project for additional 30-day increments with a series of deposits. Deposits are applied to the final cost of the project and are nonrefundable. Once a hold ends on an unpurchased design, tiles are returned to our inventory.
