Color not quite right? Miscalculate your square footage? No problem! We’re happy to accept returns and issues refunds for certain orders.
General Product Returns
We DO accept returns and issue refunds for purchases of “off the shelf” tile products. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase, using the form on this page.
Tiles must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Please use the care in packaging them for their return.
Shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Upon receiving your return, we will examine and issue your refund within 7 business days.
Damaged Product Refunds
In the very rare case in which tile is broken during transit, please contact us immediately using the form on this page with your order information and images of both the damaged packaging and the tile.
We with work with you to either issue a refund or source additional tile for your project.
PLEASE NOTE we do NOT ship between December 10 - January 2 due to increased shipping volumes and how packages may be handled.
Custom Design Returns and Refunds
We do NOT accept returns or issue refunds for approved custom designed tile layout sets that have been purchased. We work collaboratively with you throughout the design process to ensure you have the right materials for your design. Please carefully review layouts before approval and purchase. If you or your client is experiencing an extenuating circumstance regarding your custom design, please contact us to determine if we can issue a partial refund in any way.
